2003年份的 Le Puy 成為《神之水滴》的最終使徒,令酒莊聲名大噪。自 1610 年以來,一直由 Amoreau 家族擁有,位於 Gironde 海拔 107 米,土壤為黏土和 astéries 石灰岩,擁有良好的排水性和微氣候,為葡萄的成熟提供了理想條件。
酒莊堅持有機和生物動力法種植,重視生物多樣性,一半的面積是森林、草地和池塘。園內的葡萄藤在無化學物質的純淨環境下,種植超過 400 年。包括 Merlot、 Cabernet Franc、Cabernet Sauvignon、Malbec、Carmenere 及 Semillon,平均樹齡 50 年。
Emilien 是 Le Puy 所有葡萄園的核心,大約 85% Merlot,還有少量其他品種。

2003 Le Puy was the final wine of legendary manga "Drops of God". The Chateau has been owned by the Amoreau family since 1610. The estate located at an altitude of 107m in the Gironde department, with clay and astéries limestone soils, with excellent drainage and microclimate, ideal for grape maturation.
The winery adheres to organic and biodynamic practices, emphasize on biodiversity and have a natural and chemical-free approach; forest, meadows and a pond account for half of their land. The vines have been cultivated without chemicals for over 400 years. The vineyards are planted to Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbe, Carmenere and Semillon, with an average vine age of 50 years.
Emilien is the core and reflection of all the plots of le Puy. Around 85% Merlot, with small amount of others red varieties.

Emilien is obtained by a 2-year decantation in foudres and used barrels. Non-filtered.
Tasting Notes:
A dense colour tending towards dark garnet. After brief airing, the nose develops with finesse and subtlety. Its generous palate takes you to a basket of red fruit on a summer’s day. A silky finish with very mellow tannin.
