Huellas是由Pobeleda和Porrera村的果實釀製而成。

2004 年,為了明白對剛從朋友購入的Priorat小葡萄園造出來的酒質素如何,同時此產區已經十分有名,並有齊全的風格和質素。因為這只是個微型計劃,只釀造500瓶,所以命名為「Huellas」解作手指模,與他的手工藝互相呼應。

葡萄品種:

60% Carinena, 40% Garnacha

釀造:
於低產量葡萄園人手收成。葡萄會被放於冷房間內一天,促進葡萄皮和汁液低溫浸漬,輕柔動作以獲取珍貴香氣。發酵被控制於低溫中進行。

陳年:
20%於新法國400L木桶,80%於兩至三年的舊小木桶,陳年12個月

品酒筆記:
亞洲香料、煙薰、礦物、黑桃、李子香氣,是典型Priorat的活潑高調。此酒有很多果實味道,優秀的酒體,加上悠長而純淨餘韻,所以這酒於2013至2021年達到最佳狀態

 

Huellas is made with the fruit sourced from around the villages of Pobeleda and Porrera.

In 2004, to fulfil the thirst for understanding wine purchased with a long time friend and a small vineyard in the Priorat. The region was already reputed but with a huge spectrum of styles and qualities. As it  was a tiny Project starting with 500 bottles we called it “Huellas” meaning fingerprints echoing the hand-craft labour involved.

Vinification:
The grapes are hand-picked from our low-yielding vineyard. Grapes are placed in a cold room for a day to handle them at cooler temperature thus enabling a natural cold maceration of the skin and  the juice extracting  gently some precious aromas. The fermentation takes place under controlled temperature.

Maturation:
12 months in 20% new French oak of 400L capacity and 80% in 2nd and 3rd year old barriques.

Tasting Notes:
Huellas is composed of Carinena, Garnacha from Priorat, with the balance Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah with the fruit sourced from around the villages of Pobeleda and Porrera. Bouquet of Asian spices, smoke, mineral, black cherry, and black plum leading to a high-toned, racy style of Priorat. The wine has plenty of sweet fruit, excellent volume, and a lengthy, pure finish. It will be at its best from 2013 to 2021.
