這款單一壺式蒸餾威士忌，在米爾頓蒸餾廠 (Midleton Distillery) 的監製下，擁有近200年歷史。
使用大麥麥芽及未發芽的大麥，不使用泥煤麥芽。在傳統的銅製壺式蒸餾器中，進行三次蒸餾。然後於美國波本威士忌橡木桶、以及西班牙Oloroso雪莉橡木桶中熟成，獨特的風格令人愉悅。

The Robin Redbreast is the only bird which sings continously throughout the dark Irish winters. It is this enduring spirit which inspires its namesake, Redbreast Irish Whiskey.
This single pot still whiskey is nurtured under the watchful eye of the Midleton Distillery for almost 200 years.
It is made from a mash of malt and unmalted barley, and then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry seasoned Spanish Oak butts, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle.
