Louis Jadot 是布爾岡最重要的葡萄酒生產商和酒商之一,由Louis Jadot在1859年於伯恩(Beaune)創立,而這一切都始於他在1826年購買的第一塊一級園Clos des Ursules。
酒莊以酒神Bacchus的頭像作為標籤。這形像深入民心,成為品牌的標誌和身份象徵。1985年酒莊被美國葡萄酒進口商 Kobrand 收購,至今不變,並由該公司把Louis Jadot 的葡萄酒進口到美國。

2013 年的 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Clos Saint-Jacques 酒香沉穩,帶有黑櫻桃、紅李子和淡淡的河口灣氣息。醒酒後,所有這些都具有良好的濃度和焦點。酒體中等,單寧緊實,有豐富的黑醋栗和覆盆子,餘韻輕快有力。


Louis Jadot is one of most important wine producers and negociants in Burgundy. It was found in Beaune in 1859 by Louis Jadot, start with the purchase of the Beaune Premier Cru Clos des Ursules in 1826. 
The label of Maison Louis Jadot’s wines are characterised by the instantly recognisable image of Bacchus’s head. An image that has become, in many ways, the signature of the house and a symbol of its identity. 
The firm was acquired in 1985 by the owners of US wine importer Kobrand, which still owns the company and imports Jadot's wines into the US.
Today, high reputation was built, with a portfolio that covers everything from inexpensive Bourgogne and Beaujolais wines to several grand cru wines, from the Côte de Beaune to Chablis

Vinification:
Destemmed grapes ferment in vats during 3 to 4 weeks. Aging takes place in oak barrels produced by its in-house cooperag , Cadus, for 18 months.

The 2013 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Clos Saint-Jacques has a composed bouquet with dark cherry, red plum, a light estuarine influence seeping through with aeration, all with good intensity and focus. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannin, plenty of blackcurrant and raspberry fruit, tensile with a brisk and quite punchy finish.
